We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Includes tracking and insurance
- Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Includes basic tracking
International Customers: We ship worldwide (excluding Asia and some remote areas). Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes which are the customer’s responsibility.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind our fishing equipment and want you to be completely satisfied. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we’ll make it right.
Return Policy Summary
- Return window: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Unused, in original packaging with all tags attached
- Refund method: Original payment within 5-7 business days
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Custom or personalized 1 Piece Fishing Rods
- Used bait or opened containers of fishing accessories
- Opened Fly Boxes
- Breathable Waders that show signs of wear or have been in water

Step 2: Wait for Approval & Instructions
Our customer service team will respond within 1-2 business days with:
- Return authorization
- Shipping instructions
- Return address
Step 3: Package & Ship Your Return
Carefully package your items in the original packaging and include all accessories. Ship to the address provided in your return instructions.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return:

Pro Angler Tip: Before returning fishing clothing (jackets, pants, vests) or accessories, please double-check sizing charts on our website. Many “fit” issues can be resolved by exchanging for a different size at no extra shipping cost.
